Eilles
In 1873, Joseph Eilles opened his doors in the heart of Munich with an ambitious dream: to create the best coffee in Germany. His dedication to perfection and his eye for detail quickly caught the attention of the highest circles. When King Ludwig II of Bavaria – the same king who had the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein built – was introduced to Eilles' creations, he was so impressed that he appointed the brand as the official purveyor to the Bavarian royal family.
This royal recognition was no coincidence. Since its inception, Eilles has adhered to an unwavering philosophy: only the best Arabica beans from highland plantations are used in their blends. Slow roasting at low temperatures is an art in itself – a process that requires patience but is rewarded with coffee in which the natural aromas come into their own. The result is an elegant, balanced flavour with a smooth finish that has enchanted generations of coffee lovers.
From the timeless Eilles Gourmet to the intense Espresso Crema, the brand offers a refined palette of flavours. Each variety embodies the soul of Munich – a combination of German precision, Bavarian tradition and a touch of royal grandeur. With every sip, you taste more than 150 years of coffee mastery.
